Abstract (2. Language):
Abused inhalants are found in many common household products (Paint remover, paint thinner, chemical-cleaning fluid, spray, glue , cement etc.). Toluene and hexane are two important basic materials for inhalants. Inhalant abuse occurs usually in children and teenagers, especially in low socioeco¬nomic uneducated groups. Treatment begin by the evaluation and management of any organ damage. Education and coun¬seling to address psychologic and sociologic problems are essential.
