Thrombolytic drug therapy has reduced morbidity and mortality from acute myocardial infarction, but excessive bleeding is a major concern during the administration of thrombolytic therapy. We report a case of 45-year-old man who developed massive pulmoner hemorrhage following intravenous streptokinase for acute myocardial infarction. The patient required mechanical ventilation and recovered successfully

Trombolitik ilaç uygulaması akut miyokard infarktüsünde morbidite ve mortaliteyi azaltmaktadır, fakat bu uygulama sırasındaki fazla miktarda kanama kaygı vericidir. Biz bu yazıda akut miyokard infarktüsü için intravenöz streptokinaz uygulanması sonrasında masif pulmoner kanama gelişmiş, 45 yaşında bir olgu sunuyoruz. Olgu, mekanik ventilasyon desteğine alınmış ve tedavisi başarıyla sonuçlandı- rılmıştır.
