Necrotizing fasciitis is an uncommon severe bacterial infection that is characterized by necrosis of the fascia and subcutaneous tissue. It is most commonly seen in the extremities, trunk and perineum. It scarcely affects the chest wall. In this report, two patients with necrotizing fasciitis of chest wall were presented.

Nekrotizan fasiit, fasya ve subkutan dokunun nekrozu ile karakterize, nadir görülen, ciddi seyirli bakteriyel bir enfeksiyondur. Hastalık sıklıkla ekstremite, gövde ve perineal bölgeleri tutar. Göğüs ön duvarının tutulumu nadirdir. Bu makalede, göğüs ön duvarında nekrotizan fasiit tanısı ile tedavi edilen 2 olgu sunulmaktadır.
