Abstract (2. Language):
Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) is a benign proliferative lesion of the mammary stroma that usually occurrs in premenopausal women as a painless, palpable intramammary mass. The etiology of PASH is unknown, but hormonal factors are thought to play a developmental role. We described the clinical features and histologic findings of a case of PASH.
