Abstract (2. Language): 
The crisis, started in the USA housing market in 2008, spread over the other sectors and the all world economies has led to deep impact on macroeconomic structures and public debt management on the one hand, on the other, form the socio-economic aspects, it radically increased unemployment. While some countries were able to eliminate this unemployment wave through fighting against unemployment, some others were unable to reach to the effective results. This study, departing from successful and unsuccessful country cases to alleviate economic crisis, tries to examine and determine common features of the experiences of successful countries.

2008 yılında Amerika'da konut sektöründe başlayıp daha sonra bütün dünyayı ve sektörleri etkileyen kriz ülkelerin makro-ekonomik yapılarını ve kamu borç yönetimleri üzerinde derin etkiler ortaya koyarken, sosyo-ekonomik bakımından da büyük işsizlik artışları ile sonuçlanmıştır. Bazı ülkeler ortaya çıkan bu işsizlik dalgasının etkisini çok kısa sürede ortadan kaldırıp, işsizlikle mücadelede başarı elde ederken bazıları ise bu mücadelede yeterli sonuçlar alamamışlardır. Bu çalışmada, ekonomik krizle mücadelede başarılı ve başarısız ülke örneklerinden yola çıkarak başarılı ülkelerin deneyimlerinin ortak özellikleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.
