In recent years, many companies from different sectors have begun to achieve significant achievements through open innovation. In the open innovation process are customers undoubtedly one of the most important sources. Customers integrated into the product development process significantly increase the innovation success of their products. The positive impact of customer integration on innovative product and service has been acknowledged. Many empirical researchs show that the customer integration contributions in innovatieves product development leads to a higher degree of product newness, educed innovation risks in market and more effective in resource spending. There are several factors for customer integration. These factors should be considered for effective and successful customer integration.. There are different methods in theory to internalize customer knowledge. These methods can be different according to each business or sector. In this paper, I emphasize customer integration by investigating the continual consideration of customer contributions throughout the product and service innovation process.

Son yıllarda birçok farklı sektördeki işletmeler açık inovasyon ile önemli başarılar elde etmeye başladı. Açık inovasyon sürecinde müşteriler şüphesiz en önemli kaynaklardan biridir. Ürün geliştirme sürecine entegre edilen müşteriler ürünlerinlerin yenilik başarılarsını önemli ölçüde yükseltmektedir. Müşteri entegrasyonun inovatif ürün ve servis üzerine olan pozitif etkisi artık kabul edilmiştir. Birçok ampirik araştırmalar, yenilikçilik ürün geliştirme sürecinde müşteri entegrasyonunun katkılarının ürün yeniliğine daha yüksek seviyesine yol açtığını, pazardaki inovasyon risklerinin azalması ve kaynak harcamalarında daha etkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Müşteri entegrasyonu için çeşitli faktörler vardır. Müşteri bilgisini içselleştirmek için teoride farklı yöntemler vardır. Bu yöntemler her işletme veya sektöre göre farklı olabilmektedir. Etkili ve başarılı müşteri entegrasyonu için bu unsurlar dikkate alınmalıdır. Bu yazıda, müşteri katkılarının ürün ve hizmet yeniliği sürecinde sürekli olarak incelenerek müşteri entegrasyonuna vurgu yapıyorum.
