ÜRİNER KATETERİZASYONA BAĞLI ENFEKSİYONUN ÖNLENMESİNDE HEMŞİRENİN ROLÜ

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
Urinary catheters are associated with a number of complications, and nurses are ideally suited to minimize the associated risks by utilizing the available research in their practice. Urine tract infections caused by urine catheters are associated with increased mortality; however, urine catheter care is a nursing procedure, the importance of which is sometimes overlooked. The best prevention of urinary tract infections is to avoid unnecessary catheterizations
Abstract (Original Language):
Üriner kateterler bir çok komplikasyona neden olurlar. Hemşireler uygulamalarında mevcut araştırmaları kullanarak bu riskleri azaltabilirler. Kateterin neden olduğu üriner kanal enfeksiyonları mortaliteyi artırmasına karşın, üriner kateter bakımı zaman zaman gözden kaçan bir hemşirelik uygulamasıdır. Hastaları üriner kanal enfeksiyonlarından korumanın en iyi yolu gerekli değilse kateterizasyondan kaçınmaktır.
