<p align="justify">Service firms, just like manufacturing firms try to utilize their human resources more efficiently to be able to boost their income and provide them with a competitive advantage. In that matter, organizational culture comes up as a strategical tool in order to achieve those goals. In the research that has been implemented, it has been aimed to figure out the efficiency of Organizational Culture in the five star lodging operations in Ankara. In the research, first of all, the reliability of the scale has been tested and then the answers of employees according to definitions and dimensions have been evaluated. In addition, it has been aimed to find out if the factors related to culture vary according to the gender with the help of the T-Test. In that scope, it has been found that female employees’ evaluations had more positively compared to male employees. </p>
