In competitive economic conditions now, business enterprises use different tools to provide the competitive advantage and value maximization. One of these tools is life cycle cost analysis. The life cycle cost analysis is a cost analysis method which expresses expected cost that appears during the all life cycle which is related to existence, system or project as the same kinds of purchasing power. This analysis method is examined by different types of marketing, producer and consumer point of view and it is used as a strategical tool during decision process. In this study the life cycle cost analysis is explained with all aspects and the practice examples related to how the life cycle cost analysis in procurement process with consumer point of view as a strategical decision are given.
