Today, due to increasing competition in modern retailing sector, retailers making considerable efforts to commit more consumers to their stores, and have made increase the frequency and amount of purchase available. The situation has brought retailer to represantative position of customers. Presentation of combination of goods and services for improving consumer satisfaction has become important. Due to this efforts, perceptions and attitudes towards retailers presantation become determinent. To create loyal costumers is depent on positive perception and attitude. In this survey it has been studied that if there are differences among satisfaction, loyalty and perception of consumers toward supermarkets in Erzurum. In this survey store atmosfere, store location, store facilities, post purchase aplications, comparative price, product quality, discount, service quality, trust perception, value perception, satisfaction and loyalty were considered. The results of this survey showed that there are differences among perceptions of consumers shopping from supermarkets which carry out trading activity at local and national level.
