Abstract (2. Language): 
In this paper, the issues that ought to be noticed in the use of color element in the instructional web page design are identified.The following topics are briefly handled: why color is used, the color theory and color information, use principles, how to obtain browser-safe colors, readability of various text/background color combinations, and the color psychology. It is believed that these pieces of information could be helpful in the preparation of the instructional web pages.

Bu yazıda, öğretim amaçlıweb sayfasıtasarlanırken, renk öğesinin kullanılmasında dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar belirtilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla, rengin hangi amaçlarla kullanılabileceği, renk kuramıve renk bilgisi, kullanım ilkeleri, tarayıcıya göre değişmeyen renklerin nasıl elde edilebileceği, okunabilirlik ve renk psikolojisi konularına kısaca değinilmektedir. Bu bilgilerden öğretim amaçlıweb sitelerinin hazırlanmasında yararlanılabileceği düşünülmektedir.
