Intervertoiral relationship in organizations has drawn increasing attention of organizational member*,. II is especially important for women to develoye and maintain base contacts that can offer valuable benefits and more involvement in mens'club. HlfMil are said to possess feminine qualities such as building relationship and teamwork that is valued in a more collaborative and creative management environment. However, while women and men managers often sliare common stressors, females in managerial positions are often faced with additional pressures, from both work an d home/ social environment. This article aims tohiglight the importance of organizational support as a part of network on women's side. The discuss will focus on the concept of gender difference in interpersonal communication styles and use of network. It is concluded that strategies for managing networking effectively should be offered to female managers.
