Two cases ofbreast carcinoma metastatic to the kidney and the bladder. Isolated kidney and bladder metastases of breast carcinoma after a long disease free interval are very rare. We re-port on two cases of breast carcinoma metastatic to the kidney and the bladder after a disease-frec interval of 12 and 24 years, respeetively. Morphology of the tumors on frozen and sucece-ding paraffin block section analysis of an incİdental kidney lesion of 55-year-oîd-wonıan and a bladder wall mass of a 65-year-old-woman complaining hematuria, and the medical history of the first patİent revealed breast carcinoma, and diagnoses were confirmed by iınmunohistoche-mical studies shov/ing tumor cells were reactive for GCDFP-15, estrogen and progesterone re-ceptor antibodies. There were no other organ metastases.

Meme kai'sinomunun uzun hastalıksız döneminden sonra tespit edilen izole böbrek ve mesane metastazları enderdir. Çalışmamızda 12 ve 24 yıllık hastalıksız dönemden sonra sırası ile böbrek ve mesane metastazı yapan 2 meme karsinomu olgusu sunulmaktadır. Ellibeş yaşındaki kadın hastanın insidental olarak saptanan böbrek ve hematürili 65 yaşındaki kadın hastanın mesane duvarındaki kitlelerinin frozen ve ardından parafin blok kesitlerinin ayrıntılı İncelenmesinde izlenen tümör morfolojisi, İlk vakada bilinen hasta öyküsü ile meme karsinomu metastazı düşünülerek yapılan immunbistokimyasal incelemede lümör hücrelerindeki GCDFP-15 (gross eystic disease fluid protein), östrojen ve progesteron reseptör antikor reaktiviteleri ile tanılar doğrulandı. Olgularda başka organ metastazı saptanmadı.
