Endometriosis is diagnosed in 30-40 % of infertile cases and in 15 % of women in reproductive period. In our study, we performed laparoscopy in 96 primary infertile and 11 secondary infertile women between 17-42 years of age after all routine infertility evaluations. During laparoscopic abdominal visualization endometriosis was observed in 37.3 %of patients. After procedure, danazol medication was started for 4-6 months in endometriotic cases and pregnancy occurred in 55 % of patients 1 year after treatment. Laparoscopic evaluation for endometriosis which is an important etiologic factor for infertile cases and has increasing popularity nowadays, should be thought first

Endometriozis infertil vakalarda % 30-40, reprodüktif çağdaki kadınlarda ise % 15 oranında tespit edilmektedir. Çalışmamızda 17-42 yaş grubunda primer infertil 96, sekonder infertil 11 vakaya rutin infertilite tetkiklerinden sonra laparoskopi uygulanmıştır. Laparoskopik batın gözleminde % 37.3 hastada endometriozis tespit edilmiştir. Tedavi olarak 4-6 ay süreli Danazot tedavisi verilmiş, vakaların % 55 'inde 1 yıl sonra gebelik meydana gelmiştir. infertil vakalarda önemli bir etyolojik faktör olan ve günümüzde daha çok ilgi çeken endometriozisin tanısında laparoskopik değerlendirme öncelikle düşünülmelidir.
