In this study, conventional ("/' and dynamic spiral (T were applied to the twelve pancreatic tumors and compared the results. Çalışmamızda oniki pankreas tümöründe konvansiyonel bilgisayarlı tomografi (IİT) ve dinamik Helikal UT (lleliT) uygulanarak sonuçlar karşılaştırıldı. Dinamik HeliT ile bolus ıntravenö: (ı.v.) kontrast madde enjeksiyonunu takiben maksimum vasküler ve pankreas kontrastlanması sağlandı. Sonuçta, dinamik lleliT. konvansiyonel UT ile kıyaslandığında: pankreas tümörlerinin erken teşhisini, konturların iyi seçilmesini, komşu dokulara ve vasküler yapılara invazyonunun daha net değerlendirilmesini sağlamakta ve pankreatik kıııuılın görülme oranını arttırmaktadır. /Turgut (hal Tıp S/erkezi Dergisi I(4):2SS-292.1994/
