Different tech-niques, have been described for repairing upper lip defects. Amoung these technİques reconstruction by using tissues adjacent to the defect gİves better cosmetic results. In thİs study, 16 patients operated upon basal celi carcinoma on the upper lip wemre presented. Defects were repaired by perialar crescentic advancement flap.Postoperative results and techniques for upper lip repair were discussed with literatüre data

Üst dudakta oluşan cilt defektlerinin onarımında birbirinden farklı teknikler tanımlanmıştır. Bu teknikler arasında defekte konşu olan dokular kullanılarak yapılan rekonstrüksiyon kozmetik olarak daha iyi sonuçlar vermektedir. Bu çalışmada üst dudaklarında bazal hücreli karsi-nom nedeniyle ameliyat edilmiş 16 hasta sunuldu. Tümör eksizyonu sonrası oluşan defektler penalar kresentik ilerletme flebî ile rekonstriikte edildi. Operasyon soması elde edilen sonuçlar ve üst dudak rekonstrüksiyonunda uygulanan teknikler literatür verileri ile tartışıldı.
