In this study the morphological changes in kidney has been examined daring, pregnancy. The study was cm posed of 8 pregnant rat kidneys within the 2lh iind 3 th trimesters and 3 control rat kidneys. All kidneys were paraffin ise d and prosscd. for Hem.-Eo. dye. AH actions stained represented thai Howman gap, glomerular capillary [umsn and "rnvima! tuhnU-s lumen was significantly charged by onset of pregnancy. Our results were dısseııicd together with literature. As a result, these elavaled volumes could be cxplancd "rowing fetus that press lo bladder and in turn much increased ultrafiltration rate depends on that much pressure.
