Abstract (2. Language):
Behaviors that are contrary to the social and organizational norms for mutual respect are called workplace incivility. Missing to say “good morning”, neglecting to greet one another, cutting people off while speaking, chiding, talking pedantically, interfering private life, etc. can be evaluated as some behaviors related with this phenomenon. Workplace incivility, becoming prevalent because of many factors in today’s working life, results in damaging effects for workers and organizations. The most important risk is, ignoring or disregarding this organizational deviance by the management. As it is, the phenomenon rising between two or more person may spread to the whole organization and in time become a part of the organizational culture.
