Intraductal papillomas are one of the bening breast lesions. They could seen postmenoposally between 5-6 decates. There were a few reported case in advanced age. Cause of its rarety here we report a 74 years-old women who had a intraductal papilloma in her right breast. ©200008, Firat University, Medical Faculty.

İntraduktal Papillomlar (İDP) bening meme lezyonlarındandır. En sık 50 yaşından sonra 5-6. dekatta görülür. Literatürde bildirilmiş az sayıda yaşlı vaka vardır.
