Kuzu Besisinde Yem Seçiminin Kan Glukoz ve Trigliserid Düzeylerine Etkisi

The Effect on Glucose and Tryglicerid Levels in Blood of Feed Selection in Fattening Lamb

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
In this research, four different feeding techniques were applied to Akkaraman lambs. The control group was fed with the standart diet (%15 crude protein, 2.3 Meal ME/kg). Lambs in the feed selecting group were provided the row materials of diet (barley, sunflower meal, bran, commonsoinfoin straw) in order to asses their preference. The selected mixed group was fed with mixture of raw materials weekly chosen by the feed selecting group lambs. The energy /protein group allowed to make a selection between the diets that are different in energy and protein levels (%18 crude protein and 2.0 Meal ME/kg, %12 crude protein, 2.6 Meal ME/kg).In this research changes of plasma glucose and triglycerid levels according to the variation in intake of the energy and protein were examined. Plasma glucose and triglycerid levels (mg/100 ml), were found 67 and 46 for control group, 86.5 and 48.8 for energy/protein group, 79.7 and 44.1 for feed selecting group, 64.5 and 47.9 for selected mixed group, respectively. It is established that in the groups (except selected mixed group) plasma glucose and triglycerid levels depend on energy intake, however, energy and protein in diets didn't change the plasma triglycerid level.
Abstract (Original Language):
Bu araştırmada Akkaraman ırkı kuzulara 4 farklı yemleme tekniği uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna sabit rasyon verilirken (%15 ham protein, 2.3 Meal ME/kg) seçilmiş karma grubuna yem seçimi grubunun haftalık olarak seçtiği yem hammaddeleri karıştırılarak verilmiştir.
