POST TRANSPLANT LYMHOPROLIFERATIVE DISORDERS IN RENAL ALLOGRAFT PATIENTS

Abstract (2. Language):
After organ transplantation, different clinical and histopathological forms of post transplant lymphoproliferative diseases (PTLDs) related to imniunsiipression are observed. Post transplant lymphomas within the PTLDs have different propertiescompared to nonimmunosupressed. In PTLDs, organ involvement is frequent, histology is often high-grade and the prognosis is bad. In this study we present clinical and histopathological properties of two patients who have developed PTLD-B cell lymphoblastic lymphoma four years after renal transplantation. One of the patients have bladder lymphoma and there is no reported case of bladder PTLD. Because PTLD's are rare fatal complications, both are presented.
Abstract (Original Language):
Organ transplantasyonlarının ardından immunsüpresyonla ilişkili olarak farklı klinik ve histolojik şekillerde post transplant lenfoproliferatif hastalıklar (PTLH) görülmektedir. PTLH grubunda görülen lenfomalar immunsüpresyon almayan olgularda gördüklerimizden farklı özellikler taşımaktadır. Organ tutulumu sıktır, yüksek derecelidir veprognozları kötüdür. Bu çalışmada böbrek transplantasyonu yapıldıktan yaklaşık dört sene sonra PTLH- B hücreli lenfoblastik lenfoma saptanan iki olgunun klinik ve patolojik özellikleri sunulmuştur. Olgulardan biri mesane lenfoması olup literatürde mesanede yayınlanmış PTLH olgusu bulunamamıştır. PTLH'ların nadir ancak ölümcül komplikasy onlar olmaları nedeniyle olgular sunulmuştur.
