Abstract (2. Language): 
After the definition of osscointegration implants are used in dental practice. It is recommended that a osseoinlcgration period for three months in the mandible and six months in the maxilla is necessary. This is a very long period for the patients. Clinicians developed the immediate loading protocol for shorten this time. Immcdaite loading; the prosthesis is attached to the same day or in two days the implants arc placed. A primary stabilization is necessary for immediate loading. Surgery procedure, macro and micro structures of implants, occlusion and host factors affect the primary stabilization. Immediate loading is planned for edentulous maxilla and mandible and for the areas with good bone quality (like interforaminal area of mandible).the aim of this study is to define immediate loading protocol and signify the factors that affect the success of immediate loading.

Diş hekimliğinde implant uygulamaları osteointegrasyonun tanımlanmasıyla oral rehabilitasyon yöntemleri arasına girmiştir. Osteointegrasyonun gerçekleşebilmesi için mandibulada 3 ay, maxillada 6 ay beklenmesi olarak ilk protokol tanımlanmıştır. Hastalar için oldukça uzun olan bu süreyi kısaltmak için klinisyenler immediat yükleme protokolünü oluşturmuştur. İmmediat yükleme; implantın yerleştirildiği gün ve sonraki 2 gün içinde karşıt dişle teması olan restorasyondur. İmmediat yükleme yapılabilmesi için primer stabilizasyon kesinlikle sağlanmalıdır. Cerrahi yöntem, implantın makro ve mikro yüzey özellikleri ,okluzyon ve hastaya bağlı kriterler primer stabilizasyonu etkileyen kriterlerdir. İmmediat yükleme yapılacak implantlar çoğunlukla cdante ağızlara ve kemik kalitesinin iyi olduğu mandibulada interforaminalar bölgesine yerleştirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada immediat yükleme protokolü tanımlanıp başarıyı etkileyen faktörler belirtilmiştir.
