Abstract (2. Language):
The goal of this study is to develop a knowledge-based system that produces the success profile of the students of Mugla University and to transform student's records that are in form of raw data into information that helps us better understand the students. Student data used for this study was chosen from Mugla University, Faculty of Economical and Administrative Sciences that are on and after 1995. After this data held to a local database, particular SQL queries were performed on that. Using database queries, a knowledge distribution has been achieved consisting of student demographic data. In addition to this, some available information about prior to and entire university education period has been obtained.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin eğitimdeki profilini ortaya çıkaran, bilgi tabanlı bir sistemin geliştirilmesi ve ham veri şeklindeki mevcut öğrenci kayıtlarının, üniversite öğrencilerini tanımada fayda sağlayacak bilgilere dönüştürmektir. Çalışma, Muğla Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi 1995 yılı ve sonrası öğrenci verileri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan öğrencilere ait veriler, yerel bir veritabanında tutulduktan sonra bu veriler üzerinde SQL sorgular gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin geçmiş kayıtları üzerinde gerçekleştirilen bu veritabanı sorguları neticesinde, öğrencilere ait çeşitli demografik bilgiler ile bir bilgi dağılımı elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca üniversite öncesi eğitim bilgileri ve üniversitedeki eğitimleri süresince oluşturdukları kullanışlı bazı bilgiler de elde edilmiştir.
