The Interaction Study with Meropenem and Phenylalanine

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
Meropenem has its spectrum of antibiotic activity and it is similar to that of imipenem. Reaction mechanism of Meropenem treat a wide variety of infections and phenylalanine was studied.by using semi-empirical- Parameterization Method 6 (PM6). The stepwise mechanism was considered. The energetic requirements of reaction Meropenem with Phenylalanine for the stepwise were determined. This study can be a model to understand the mechanism due to importance of the peptide bond which can make conformational restir cition on molecule in protein chemistry.
