Abstract (2. Language):
The Type of Dolapnâma in our Religious and Sufī Literature and The
poem of ‘Dolapnâma’ of Ahmad Khayâlî
Ahmad Khayâlî is the son and caliph of famous sufi İbrahim Gulshanî who is the
founder of Gulshaniyyah branch that is bound to Khalvatiyyah dervish order. Being a
sufi poet like his father, Ahmad Khayâlî has a poem with 64 couplet named Dolapnâma
in his Dîwân (collected poems). Dolapnâma had been written by the inspiration of moans
of rotating of a tool, named as “dolap” which helps to draw water by cutting off a tree in
the forest. It is expressed in the poem the ephermality and deceptiveness of world
blessings and stressed that essential thing for man is the love of Allah. There is
resemblance with Qayghusuz Abdal’s poem in the means of form and content. The
poem is a good sample of “Dolapnâma”s, which are counted as one of the types of our
Religious-Sufī literature.

Abstract (Original Language):
Kaygusuz
Abdal’ın aynı isimdeki kasîdesiyle şekil ve muhteva bakımından benzerlikler
bulunmaktadır. Kasîde, dinî-tasavvufî edebiyatımıza ait türler arasında sayılan
‘dolapnâmeler’in güzel bir örneğidir.
