In a sector where personnel turnover is high, it is also important that on-the-job training activities offered in hotels could enhance the solidarity between employees and respect to each others’ duties. For hotel operations to increase positive interactions between employees, respect to their duties and increase their motivations inservice education activities be continuously applied. That would result in lower personnel turnover ratio.
