Some important transformations has begun to take place on pension insurances due to crises in social security systems. Pension systems have been radically changed in countries particularly those having transition economies. In this study, multi-pillar pension system reforms in Hungary and Poland which have transition economies have been analysed.

Sosyal güvenlik sistemlerinin krize girmesi ile emeklilik sigortalarında önemli dönüşümler yaşanmaya başlamıştır. Özellikle geçiş ekonomilerine sahip ülkelerde emeklilik sistemleri köklü değişikliklere uğramıştır. Bu çalışmada, geçiş ekonomisine sahip Macaristan ve Polonya'daki çok ayaklı emeklilik sistemi reformları incelenmektedir.
