El ve el bileğinin en sık görülen primer kemik tümörü enkondrom olup vücutta görülenlerin % 40’ını oluşturur. Enkondromlar sırasıyla proksi-mal falanks, metakarp ve orta falankslarda görü-lür (1,2). Tanı genellikle ağrılı veya ağrısız şişlik şikâyeti ile başvuru, patolojik kırık veya tesadü-fen çekilen radyolojik görüntüleme sonrası konu-lur (3-5). Tedavide tümörün küretajla iyi derece-de temizlenmesi nüksün önlenmesinde önemli-dir. Nüks oranının literatürde %0-13.3 arasında olduğu görülmektedir (6). Biz bu yazıda el yerle-şimli enkondromun küretaj sonrası gelişen geç dönem nüksü ve oluşan kavitenin otogreft ile doldurulduğu olgunun sonuçlarını sunmayı amaç-ladık.
