Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic theory and policy which caused the
crisis, to revise the structure of thought in economic theories and to determine the
roadmap of the economic policy. Due to the structure of the New-classicial thought on
the nature of the policies implemented so far, it was not possible to strenghten the
relationship between the financial sector and real sector. Unemployment rate is still as
high as before and current account balance problems have not been solved among the
countries.

Bu çalışmanın amacı küresel finans krizine neden olan ekonomi teori ve politikalarını
incelemek, ekonomi teorilerinin düşünce yapılarını tekrar gözden geçirmek ve ekonomi
politikasının yol haritasını belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Bu nedenle Neo-Klasik düşünce
yapısı ile Keynesyen teori karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak kapitalist ekonomilerde kısa
dönemde Yeni Keynesyen teoriye dayalı makro politikalar uygulanmalı, uzun dönem
tedbirlerinde ise Yeni Keynesyen Teori ile Neo-Klasik Teori ekonomi politikaları
birbiriyle uyuşmaktadır. Son yıllarda uygulanan Neo-Klasik düşünce yapısına bağlı
politikalar küresel finans krizinden bu yana yaklaşık beş sene geçmesine rağmen, bir
çok ülkenin kamu borçlarını hala düşürememiş, finans sektörü ile reel sektör arasındaki
ilişkiyi güçlendirememiş, işsizlik oranlarının yüks
