Abstract (2. Language): 
After the collapse of USSR, the process in former republics generally is called as the transition process. The transition process is evaluated in terms of transition indicators. In this study, the structure of Kyrgyzstan economy will be examined and discussed the changes occured after gaining independence. It is really important to analyze the economies in terms of economies management. Thanks to this analysis, the cyclical changes occuring in the economy can be seen and the changes in the future can be predicted. For this purpose Kyrgyzstan economy will be analyzed with macro economic variables and the future expectations will be analyzed using statistical and econometric techniques.

SSCB'nin dağılması sonrasında eski cumhuriyetlerde yaşanan süreç, genel olarak geçiş süreci olarak adlandırılır. Geçiş sürecini yaşayan diğer tüm ekonomiler gibi Kırgızistan ekonomisi de ciddi zorluklardan geçmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Kırgızistan ekonomisinin yapısı ele alınarak, bağımsızlığını kazandıktan sonra meydana gelen değişmeler ele alınmıştır. Ülke ekonomilerinin doğru bir şekilde analiz edilmesi, ekonomi yönetimleri açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu analiz sayesinde, ekonomide meydana gelen konjonktürel değişimler gözlemlenerek, gelecek dönemlerde meydana gelecek değişmeler önceden tahmin edilebilmektedir. Bu amaçla çalışma kapsamında, Kırgızistan ekonomisi ele alınan makro değişkenlerle analiz edilmiş, istatistiksel ve ekonometrik teknikler ile gelecekten beklentiler ele alınmıştır.
