Aim of the study is to expose the effect of institutions and institutional structure on economic growth to realize which institutional instruments. Institutions have important effect of the economic performance in different way. First of all, Institutions reduce uncertainty by providing the structure to everyday life. In addition, Institutions influencing operation cost by decreasing uncertainty, directing economic activities towards productive fields. Second important matter is the effect of the political regime, government intervention and property rights protection on the economic performance. However institutions variables worldwide. Consequently this argument can be used to explain the level of growth differences

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kurumların ve kurumsal yapının iktisadi büyüme üzerindeki etkinsinin hangi kurumsal araçlarla gerçekleştiğini ortaya koymaya çalışmaktır. Kurumlar birçok yolla ekonomik performans üzerinde önemli etkilerde bulunur. Bunlardan ilki kurumların belirsizliği azaltarak gündelik hayatı bir yapıya kavuşturmasıdır. Ayrıca kurumlar belirsizliği azaltıp işlem maliyeti üzerinde etkili olarak iktisadi faaliyetlerin üretken alanlara yönelmesini sağlamaktadır. İkinci önemli nokta ise politik rejimlerin, devletin piyasaya müdahalesinin ve mülkiyet haklarının korunması gibi kurumsal vasıtaların iktisadi performans üzerindeki etkisidir. Ancak kurumlar dünya genelinde çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Bu farklılık ise ülkelerin neden farklı büyüme performansları gerçekleştirdiğini açıklayıcı bir argüman olarak kullanılmaktadır.
