Abstract (2. Language):
If the historical and social connections are abstracted and after that it to the abstract are reduced, a meaning attains; how is one to then discuss the hypothesis of the globalization that the nation states are abolished? The globalization covers more the spreading of the irregularity in the national and international arena, than delimitation of the power of the nation state. This spreading of the irregularity is on the one hand, those with secrecy the obligations of the citizens the state opposite, the existence of the nation state uses and on the other hand the range of application and contents of the nationality, with „the civilization “and „democratization “Rhetoric narrowed and in a certain sense restructuring. An important manual of the following contribution consists in the attempt to structure the effects of the transformation processes seized under the term globalization more exact and offer an analytic framework. On the basis a systematic breakdown of the concept “sovereignty” one tries to give to the often inaccurately led debate new impact.

Son yüzyılda üzerinde en çok tartışılan konuların başında şüphesiz küreselleşme olgusu gelmektedir. Siyasal açıdan bakıldığında küreselleşen dünyada merkez devletlerle bütünleşmek zorunda kalan ulusal devletler; ekonomik, siyasal ve kültürel açıdan büyük devletlerin açık etkisine maruz kalmaya başlamış, bunun sonucunda bir tür bağımlılık durumu oluşmuş, ulusal sınırlar yok sayılmaya başlanmış, millî egemenlik ve bağımsızlık gibi kavramların içi boşaltılmaya çalışılır hale gelmiştir. İste bu analitik araştırmada küreselleşmenin anlam ve tanımlanmasının yanında ulus devletin yapısı ve Küreselleşme sürecinden etkileşimi ve küreselleşmenin uluslararası ilişkiler disiplinine etkileri tartışılarak değerlendirilecektir. Uluslararası İlişkiler hiçbir zaman eşit-bağımsız aktörler arasında gerçekleşen bir ilişkiler bütünü olmamıştır. Kuramsal olarak ve yasalar önünde eşit ve egemen oldukları varsayılan ulus-devletlerden oluşan bir uluslararası sistem tanımı da tarihsel olarak çok yenidir. Uluslararası ilişkiler disiplininde, bu yaklaşımının temel hareket noktası, egemen ulus-devleti ya da bu ulus devletlerden oluşan uluslararası sistemi, evrensel olarak tanımlanmış doğal bir düzenin parçasıymış gibi kabul etmesidir.
