Abstract (2. Language):
Ideally, aim of economy is to meet of the human needs, but in the context of the capitalist
system, has acquired the basic goal as capital accumulation, although human, in the realities of
today's world. However, we are seeing Akhism system, in the Turkish economic history, and social
capital that an important place in today's social economic literature, indicate that the output of the
foreground of human beings, with their values in the economic activities. Therefore an unavoidable
need for, to re-design of our economic lives, with in the framework Akhism and concepts of social
capital, to overcome the economic and social problems that due to corruption, that because of
weakness of morality in today's societies. In this context, we taken as a whole; social capital that
based on social trust and Akhism system that sees the social ethics the basic capital of the economic
life and also we focused on the importance of understanding of economics humanbeing in this
study.

İdeal anlamda insanın ihtiyaçlarını karşılama amacında olan iktisat, bugünkü dünya
gerçeklerinde kapitalist sistem bağlamında, insana rağmen sermaye birikimini temel hedef edinmiş
durumdadır. Ancak gerek Türk iktisat tarihinde şahit olduğumuz Ahilik sistemi, gerekse bugünkü
sosyal iktisat yazıtında önemli bir yer edinen sosyal sermaye olguları, iktisadi faaliyetlerde insanın
değerleriyle birlikte ön plana çıkışına işaret etmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu gün toplumlarda yaşanan
ahlak zafiyeti nedeniyle görülen yolsuzluklara bağlı iktisadi ve sosyal problemlerin üstesinden
gelebilmek için Ahilik ve sosyal sermaye kavramları çerçevesinde, iktisadi hayatımızı yeniden
tasarımlamak kaçınılmaz bir ihtiyaç olarak karşımızda durmaktadır. Bu çerçevede bu çalışmada,
toplumsal güveni önceleyen sosyal sermaye ve sosyal ahlakı iktisadi yaşamın temel sermayesi
gören Ahilik sistemi bir bütün olarak ele alınmış ve insan için iktisat anlayışının önemi üzerinde
durulmuştur.
