Abstract (2. Language): 
Cysts of the maxWary sinus of odontogenic origin have been well documented in the literature. Most of these lesions involve the apex of the offending tooth and appear well-defined periapical radiolucency. Presented here is a case of an unusually large lesion, which involved the entrre maxWary sinus. The lesion also caused pain on the affected side. The lesion was removed with surgically treatment without any postoperative compiications.

Odonttojenkk orijinli maksiler sinüs kist/eri itteratürde iyi brr şekilde beiirtilmiştir. Bu lezyonaarın çoğu eklenen dişin apeksini içine a/an iyi sınırlı radyoüüsent brr lezyon oaarak ortaya çıkar. Burada makssiller sinüsü kaplayan alışılmamış büyüklükte brr lezyon sunulmuştur. Lezyon etklenen bölgede ağrıya da sebep olmuştu. Tedavisi, postoperatff herhangi brr kompikkasyon olmaksızın, cerrahi oaarak yapldı.
