Abstract (2. Language): 
Traumatic anterior tooth fracture is a common type of dental injury, and its treatment is an important issue in dentistry. The patients, who are exposed to trauma, are not only physically, but also psychologically affected. Dental trauma is also a source of distress for the parents of those children. A fractured permanent tooth may induce some functional disturbances and in patients especially in younger persons, it seems to be a major problem comprising esthetic appearance. A new-developed bondable reinforcement fiber has been reported to be an alternative to conventional post materials because of its esthetic quality, flexibility and rebuilding properties. In this case report a treatment approach for complicated crown fracture caused by trauma has been presented. The fiber-resin composite post-core and direct composite resin restorations may be a cost effective treatment alternative to restore the esthetics of teeth and may prove particularly useful in growing patients before more definitive restorations can be considered.

Travmatik anterior diş kırıkları dental yaralanmaların yaygın bir şeklidir ve tedavileri diş hekimliğinde önemli bir yer tutar. Travma nedeniyle hastalar, hem fiziksel hem de psikolojik olarak etkilenirler. Bu durum travma geçiren çocukların ailelerini de kaygılandırmaktadır. Travma nedeniyle etkilenen daimi diş, hasta açısından neden olabileceği fonksiyonel bozukluklarla birlikte özellikle genç hastalarda estetik açıdan da büyük bir problem olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Endodontik tedavili dişlerde estetik, esneklik ve yenilenebilme özelliklerinden dolayı geleneksel post materyallere alternatif olarak yapışabilen güçlendirilmiş fiberler kullanılabilmektedir. Sunulan bu olgu raporunda, travma sonucu gerçekleşmiş bir komplike kuron kırığı olgusunda uygulanan tedavi yaklaşımı bildirilmiştir. Özellikle genç bireylerde radikal tedavi yöntemlerini uygulamadan önce fiber kompozit post-kor ve direk kompozit rezin uygulamaları estetiğin sağlanması için etkili bir alternatif tedavi olabilir.
