In the past 30 years, the use of dental implants has shown to be a viable treatment alternative in restoring partially or fully edentulous patients. Son 30 sene içinde denLal implantların kullanımı kısmi veya total dişsiz hastaların restore edilmesinde geçerli bir alternatif seçeneği oluşturmaktadır. Tek aşamalı cerrahı teknikle uygulanan implant verieştiriıni vc immediat olarak yüklenmeleri, konvansiyonel iki aşamalı teknikle aynı oranda basarı göstererek kullanılmaktadır. Makalede, ıınmcdiat yükleme ile ilgili olarak daha önceden yapılmış olan araştı mı al ardan örnekler veriterak uzun süreli başarı elde edilmesi i^ın gerekli olan şartlar tanımlanmıştır.
