1030 patients who comes to Dermatology Clinics of Erzurum Numune Hospital with various dermatologic complaints, were tntraoraly examined and white colored premalign lesions clinically investigated. White colored premalignlesions were observed on 43 { 4 %) patients. Lesions were observed more frequently in men then women. Men/women ratio is 29/14. Most of the lesions were observed in 28-49 age group (22 cases 51 %). The distribution of the lesions were as follows- lichen planus (20 cases 47 %), leukakeratoses (19 cases 44 %)t leukoplakia (4 cases 9 %) observed. The aim of this research was to investigate the incidence of premalign oral white lesions in people with dermatological complains and investigate the distribution of the cases.

Erzurum Numune Hastanesi Gidiye polikliniğine dçrmatolojik şikayetleri nedeniyle başvuran 1030 hastanın intraoral muayenesi yapılarak beyaz renkli premalign lezyonlar klinik olarak araştırıldı. 43 (%4) hastada ağız tçı beyaz lezyon saptandı. Lezyonlara erkeklerde, kadınlara oranla daha fazla rastlandı. Erkek kadın oraıu 29/14'dir. En fazla lezyona 2S-49 yaş grubunda rastlandı (22 olgu % 51). Lezyonlann kendi aralarındaki dağılımı incelendiğinde sırasıyla liken planus (20 olgu % 47), Lökokeratoz {19 olgu % 44) ve en az olarak da lokoplaki (4 olgu % 9) görüldü. Bu araştırmanın amacı cilt rahatsızlıklanyla cildiye kliniğine başvuran hastalarda premalign oral beyaz İezyonlann oranını saptamak ve olguların dağılımını incelemekti.
