Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, a fungicide namely Agri-Fos 400 [Fosforoz acide (Mono and di-potassium
phosphanate) was pulverized on tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) grown under
greenhouse conditions and the likely effects of this fungicide on stomata of tomato were
examined. Application of the fungicide was carried out as recommended dose (400 mL/
100 L) as given on the label. The fungicide application has resulted in decreasing in
stomata index at the underside of leaves as compared to untreated plants whereas the
numbers of abnormal and closed stomata were increased.

Bu çalısmada; sera kosullarında yetistirilen domates (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)
bitkisine, Agri-Fos 400 [Fosforoz asidi (Mono ve di-potasyum phosphanate)] fungisiti
uygulanmıs ve bu fungisitin domates bitkisinin stomaları üzerine olası etkileri
incelenmistir. Fungisit uygulaması, etikette önerilen (400 mL/ 100 L) dozda yapılmıstır.
Uygulama grubunun yaprağın alt yüzündeki stoma indeksi değeri kontrole göre
azalırken, anormal stoma sayıları ile kapalı stoma sayıları ise artmıstır.
