Abstract (2. Language):
One of the most important problems of the Turkish economy is that
it has lack of capital. The inadeguate financial capital problem explores the
importance of foreign investment issue. This lack of capital can be solved to
some extent through foreign capital transfers to the country. Foreign capital
is an important source to prevent from of bottleneck in internal savings. In
the expanding of investments, foreing capital in tourism investments, in
particular, are needed in great terms.
This study puts some dations related to the significance,
development and improvements of investment environment of foreign
capital as regards to the Turkish tourism.

yetersizliğidir. Kaynak ihtiyacının giderilmesi sorunu da yabancı sermaye
konusunun önemini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu kaynak yetersizliği, bir ölçüde
dışarıdan ülkeye yapılacak transferler ile ortadan kaldırılabilir. Yani yabancı
sermaye, iş tasarruf darboğazını genişletmek için kullanılabilecek önemli bir
kaynaktır. Bu sebeple yatırımların gerçekleştirilmesinde; özellikle turizm
yatırımlarında yabancı sermayeye büyük bir ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
Bu çalışmada yabancı sermayenin Türk Turizmi açısından önemi,
gelişimi ve yatırım ortamının iyileştirilmesine yönelik öneriler yer
almaktadır.
