Contributions to the flora of the region between Alucra-Espiye-Yaglidere (Giresun/Turkey) within the prepontic
zone

Abstract (2. Language):
The study area is in between the Yaglidere, Espiye and Alucra districts of Giresun and belongs to the Euro-
Siberian phytogeographical region. The altitude of the study area is between 600-2350 meters. As a result of
identification of 890 plant specimens 482 taxa from 271 genus and 69 family were determined. The richest families and
their ratios are as follows; Asteraceae (Compositae) 14.52%, Fabaceae (Leguminasae) 8.1%, Lamiaceae (Labiatae)
6.63%, Brassicaceae (Cruciferae) 5.4%, Poaceae (Gramineae) 4.97% and Caryophyllaceae 4.35%. 31 of the taxa are
endemic for Turkey with the ratio of 6.4%. The distribution of taxa according to phytogeographical regions are as
follows; Euro-Siberian 36.93%, Irano-Turanian 7.9%, Mediterranean 3.52% and Cosmopolitan and unknown 42.73%.

Çalışma alanı Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi’nde Giresun ili Yağlıdere, Espiye ve Alucra ilçeleri arasındadır.
Avrupa-Sibirya fitocoğrafya bölgesine giren çalışma alanında yükseklik 600 ve 2350 m arasında değişiklik
göstermektedir. Toplanan 890 bitki örneğinin teşhis edilmesi sonucunda 69 familyadan 271 cinse ait 482 tür ve tür altı
takson tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma bölgesinde takson sayısı bakımından en zengin familyalar; %14.52 ile Asteraceae
(Compositae), %8.1 ile Fabaceae (Leguminasae), %6.63 ile Lamiaceae (Labiatae), %5.4 ile Brassicaceae (Cruciferae),
%4.97 ile Poaceae (Gramineae) ve %4.35 ile Caryophyllaceae’dir. Çalışma alanında belirlenen 31 takson endemik
olup, endemizm oranı %6.4’dür. Alanda bulunan taksonların floristik bölgelere dağılımı %36.93 Avrupa-Sibirya, %7.9
İran-Turan, %3.52 Akdeniz ve %42.73 Geniş yayılışlı ve bilinmeyen şeklindedir.
