Abstract (2. Language):
In those days of intense competition, to provide economy co-operation in the world as a country, to enter the European Union, to be a strong country by this way, to reach the desired goals, to recognize all aspects of global market conditions, to take various structural measures from change affecting all the world, It‟s necessary to understand the concept of “Competitive Quality”. The first realized thing in manufacturing ındustry is productivity. The subsequent one is a desire to ensure the competition atmosphere. In this situation like that, not only productivity, but also change and quality must be cared to have competition conditions in both international and national markets. In this study; as well as the concepts mentioned before changes and developments of quality management are explained for manufacturing ındustrial enterprises.

Öğretmenlerin toplum genelinde üstlenmiĢ oldukları eğitici ve lider roller ile mesleklerinin ve yetiĢtirilme Ģartlarının ortaya çıkardığı etkiler kamu sendikacılığının oluĢum ve geliĢim süreci içerisinde ön plana çıkmalarına neden olmuĢtur. Öğretmenler; Türkiye‟de kamu çalıĢanlarının sendikal mücadelesinin önemli kesimlerinden biri olmakla beraber aynı zamanda temel aktörleri arasındadır. Bu çalıĢmada Türkiye‟de öğretmenlerin sendikal örgütlenme mücadelesinin tarihsel geliĢim süreci hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra öğretmenlerin kamu çalıĢanlarının sendikal örgütlenme mücadelesi için neden önemli ve öncü durumda oldukları açıklanacaktır.
