Abstract (2. Language):
There are several similarities between Nizam-i Jadid era poet Sheikh Galib
and Republican era poet Asaf Halet Çelebi. The reason for this similarity is that Asaf
Halet took Galib as a role model for himself. This model wasn’t only on imitation level
but also he could create an original poetry which is characteristic of his. In this article,
this situation will be examined.

Nizâm-ı Cedid devri şâiri Şeyh Galip ile Cumhuriyet devri şâiri Âsaf Hâlet
Çelebi arasında çeşitli benzerlikler söz konusudur. Bu benzerlikler Âsaf Halet’in
Gâlib’i kendisine model almasından kaynaklanır. Bu model alma onda taklit düzeyinde
kalmamış, Çelebi de Gâlib gibi kendisine ait bir orijinal şiir meydana getirebilmiştir.
Makalede bu durum incelenecektir.
