Abstract (2. Language):
Better understanding of the pathophysiology and anatomy of the anal canal has added to increased success in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Current therapies of hemorrhoids are: 1. Conservative/medical management, 2. Non excisional invasive therapy, 3. Surgical treatment. The choice of treatment methods depends on the severity and type of symptoms, the degree of prolapse, the expertise of the surgeon and equipment available.
Abstract (Original Language):
Anal kanalın patofizyolojisi ve anatomisi-nin daha iyi anlaşılması hemoroid tedavisinde başarının artmasında katkıda bulunmuştur. Hemoroidlerin Güncel Tedavileri: 1. Konservatif/Medikal tedavi 2. Non-eksizyonel invazif tedavi 3. Cerrahi Tedavi Tedavi Metodlarının Seçimi: Semptomla-rın ciddiyeti ve tipine, prolapsin derecesine, cerrahın becerisine ve teknik donanıma bağlı-dır. Hastaların çoğunda hemoroidlerin onserva-tif-medikal tedavisi başarı ile uygulanabilir. Tedavi seçenekleri defekasyon alışkanlıkları hakkında önerilerden diyetsel değişiklikler, lo-kal hijyen, oral vazotopik ilaçlar ve topikal ajanlara kadar değişir. Bununla birlikte, hemoroidlerin ve kompli-kasyonlarının neden olduğu belli semptomların farmakolojik tedavileri konusunda halen tartış-ma mevcuttur. Bu çalışmanın amacı hemoroid-lerde medikal tedavinin rolünün değerlendiril-mesidir.
