Relationship Marketing is emerging as a new phenomenon in the marketing strategy. Relationship Marketing shortly, is established, maintained and enchanced with customers. The customers are very important for firms in global competition. For this reason, Relationship Marketing is a marketing strategy that is rapidly developing. Aims of Relationship Marketing are increased customer value, created satisfaction and loyalty. Relationship Marketing will be the most important marketing strategy next few years. This study investigated the development and near future of Relationship Marketing.

İlişki pazarlaması yeni bir olgu olarak pazarlama stratejisinde ortaya çıkmıştır. İlişki pazarlaması kısaca, müşteriler ile ilişki kurmak, sürdürmek ve geliştirmektir. Global rekabet ortamında müşteriler firmalar için önemlidir. Bu nedenle ilişki pazarlaması hızlı gelişen pazarlama stratejisidir. İlişki pazarlamasının hedefi, müşteri değerini arttırmak, müşteri memnuniyetini ve müşteri sadakatini yaratmaktır. İlişki pazarlaması önümüzdeki birkaç yıl içersinde en önemli pazarlama stratejisi olacaktır. Bu çalışma ilişki pazarlamasının gelişimi ve yakın geleceği üzerine bir araştırmadır.
