Abstract (2. Language):
Pressure groups and their activities in Turkey, started to increase, not before
too long, especially after multi-party period. But, works of indirect pressure groups or
interest groups have been lasting since the last period of Ottoman Empire, however
these couldn’t be pressure groups in real meaning. In our country, pressure groups had
been seen after “Ottoman Constitutional Regime” (Meşrutiyet) and it’d been witnessed
that they were controlled rather strictly in single-party period but gained a partial
freedom in multi-party period

Türkiye’de baskı grupları ve bunların faaliyetleri, çok da geçmişe gitmeden,
özellikle de çok partili dönemden sonra artmaya başlamıştır. Ancak, dolaylı baskı
grupları veya menfaat gruplarının çalışmaları, Osmanlı’nın son dönemlerinden beri
süregelmekle birlikte, bunlar gerçek anlamda baskı grubu olamamışlardır. Ülkemizde
baskı grupları, Meşrutiyet sonrasında görülmeye başlamış olup, tek partili dönemde bu
tür grupların hayli sıkı bir biçimde denetlendiğine, çok partili dönemde ise, kısmi bir
serbestlik kazandıklarına tanık olunmuştur.
