Abstract (2. Language): 
It is seen that municipalities which are one of the local governments use information technologies rising tendency to serve people in their region. The topic of this study is to investigate the relation between number of municipalities which serve to people by internet and some factors. The relation between having official internet web page of municipalities and political party of which they are loyal to and population was investigated with this study. The obtained difference whether was meaningful or not in according to subscription of political party and populations of province and district was determined.

Yerel yönetim kurumlarından biri olan belediyelerin verdikleri hizmetlerde bilgi teknolojilerini artan bir şekilde kullandıkları görülmektedir. Internet üzerinde hizmet veren belediyelerin sayısı ile bir takım faktörler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışma ile yerel yönetim kurumlarından biri olan belediyelerin, resmi Internet sitesine sahip olmaları ile bağlı bulunduğu siyasi parti ve nüfus arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Bulunan farklılığın, siyasi parti üyeliklerine veya il ve ilçelerin nüfuslarına göre anlamlı olup olmadığı belirlenmiştir
