Abstract (2. Language):
konsantrasyonları sırasıyla 1600 mg/l, 948 mg/l, 40 mg/l, 80 mg/l’dir. In this study, the membrane filtration of pretreated olive oil mill wastewater was investigated by using three membranes. Two of membranes used were ultrafiltration membranes (JW and MW membranes) and the other one was nanofiltration membrane (DK membrane). The effects of main operating parameters (transmembrane pressure, feed flow rate and membrane type) on the permeate flux and membrane fouling were examined. The highest permeate flux were obtained with the MW membrane with Qf=200 l/h flow rate and TMP=4 bar, while the highest removal efficienciess were obtained with the DK membrane. COD, TOC, SS, oil and grease concentrations of DK membrane effluent were 1600 mg/l, 948 mg/l, 40 mg/l, 80 mg/l, respectively.
