Projects need to be managed successfully so that they can reach their objects on time and in determined cost limits. Project management is realized by project planning techniques. In this study, PERT and CPM, project planning techniques, are examined and a case study on application of PERT Technique has been done in constuction sector.

Projelerin amaçlarına zamanında ve tespit edilen maliyet sınırları içerisinde ulaşabilmesi için başarılıbir biçimde yönetilmeleri gerekmektedir. Proje yönetimi, proje planlama teknikleri sayesinde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Çalışmada proje planlama tekniklerinden PERT ve CPM incelenmişve PERT Tekniğinin inşaat sektöründe uygulanmasıyla ilgili örnek olay çalışması yapılmıştır.
