Abstract (2. Language): 
This paper reports on a conceptual analysis of tacit knowledge and the relations between tacit knowledge and emotional intelligence and body language. The objective of this paper is to emphasize the important role of emotional intelligence and body language in development and sharing process of tacit knowledege and demonstrate strategic usage ways of these two elements for tacit knowledge.

Bu makale bilginin kavramsal bir analiziyle birlikte örtülü bilgi, duygusal zeka ve beden dili arasındaki ilişkileri ele almaktadır. Makalenin amacı duygusal zeka ve beden dilinin örtülü bilginin gelişim ve paylaşım sürecindeki rolünü vurgulamak ve bunların örtülü bilgi bağlamındaki stratejik kullanım yollarını ortaya koymaktır.
