Abstract (2. Language):
There is no doubt that humor and laughter are both consider as subjects
that attract the attention of writers and intellectuals through history, this is for the
importance of humor and laughter in people's life as they express through humor and
laughter their values, ideas and cultures. Humor was and still one of the most important
characteristic of the Egyptians. As they have a passion to jokes that glow in their
conversations in the most critical and embarrassed situations. You can find them
laughing, mocking and make fun in adversity and prosperity alike. Islam does not forbid
reasonably accepted laughing and joking that are free of immorality and vulgarity. The
Prophet (PBUH) was laughing and joking and the Companions and the Ancestors were
laughing and joking too.

Şüphesiz mizah ve eğlence, halkların kendileriyle, diğer düşünce, kültür ve
değerlerini dile getirdiklerinden dolayı, tarih boyunca düşünürlerin, ediplerin ve
yazarların dikkatlerini cezp etmiştir. Mizah, komedi, eğlence ve şakalaşma Mısır’lıların
en hassas ve zor durumlarında kendini gösterir. Zira kişi, Mısırlıları sevinç ve sıkıntılı
durumlarında mizaha başvurdukları, birbirleriyle şakalaştıklarını rahatlıkla görür.
Ayrıca İslam, içerisinde aşağılama ve alay bulunmayan mizahı yasaklamamıştır. Zira
Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v), Sahabe ve Selef-i Salih zaman zaman karşılıklı gülüşür ve
şakalaşırlardı
